Siegel’s Cottonwood Farm is seeking a Part-Time Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our food venues, and office duties with the potential for the role to grow into a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing food and beverage ordering and inventory

• Overseeing daily operations of multiple food venues

• Supervising and supporting food service staff

• Ensuring quality, cleanliness, and efficient service

• Assisting with scheduling and team coordination

• Supporting occasional office and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service or hospitality

• Strong organization and leadership skills

• Ability to manage staff and multitask in a fast-paced environment
