Part-Time Operations Staff

Job Description

We are looking for Part-Time Operations Staff to support our catering and event operations. The role involves event setup, packing, logistics support, order preparation, on-site event support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of catering orders and events.

Hourly Rate:

S$13 – S$20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering order preparation, packing, loading, and unloading.
• Support event setup, buffet setup, teardown, and on-site operations.
• Arrange equipment, food items, displays, and event materials according to requirements.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Warehouse, Sales, and Operations teams where required.
• Ensure customer and event requirements are followed accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of catering equipment and event items.
• Assist with stock movement, equipment checking, and return items after events.
• Support delivery preparation and dispatch readiness.
• Report missing items, damages, discrepancies, or operational issues to the operations lead.
• Carry out other operational duties assigned by the operations team.

Requirements

• Able to work in catering, events, logistics, or operations environment.
• Able to perform physical work, including carrying, setting up, and moving items.
• Able to follow instructions and event requirements accurately.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and cooperative.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good customer service attitude will be an advantage.
