Part-Time Ops Admin Assistant

Summary

Part-time administrative role supporting daily operations for a cleaning services company, handling client communications, scheduling, and quality control.

We are looking for a Part- Time Ops Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. The role involves managing enquiries from clients, floaters, and cleaners, coordinating work schedules, handling feedback, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational workflow. The role also involves monitoring and managing cleaning equipment, supplies, and service standards to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent organisational and time management skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should be able to follow up effectively, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Work Days : 4 Days per week - Must be able to commit either on Saturday or Sunday

Work Shift : 7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11pm

Responsibilities:

  • Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with client, floater, and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk-ins)
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries & complaints
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Schedule and coordinate cleaning assignments for cleaners and floaters
  • Monitor cleaning standards and ensure service quality meets company expectations
  • Collect and organise incoming mails and documents
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned by Executive or Assistant Executive

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, or administrative support
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant and friendly personality
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Able to work and learn in a fast pace environment
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Computer literate and comfortable using communication tools
