Job Summary for Part-time Outside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-time Outside Sales Representative to drive territory growth, dealer engagement, and consignment volume within the automotive auction industry. This field-based sales role is responsible for developing new dealer relationships, growing existing accounts, increasing digital auction participation, and serving as a trusted advisor to dealership partners.
The ideal candidate has experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or territory sales and thrives in a relationship-focused environment. This position requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with dealers, conduct product demonstrations, provide training, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities for Part-time Outside Sales Representative
- Develop and grow relationships with automotive dealers and consignors to increase auction participation and business growth.
- Prospect, network, and generate new accounts while re-engaging inactive customers.
- Conduct dealership visits to promote auction services, digital tools, and consignment opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships with dealership decision-makers and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless auction experience and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the auction at industry events, trade shows, dealer meetings, and community activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
