Part-time retail assistant at an airport duty-free travel store handling sales, POS transactions, and customer service during peak shifts.

Description

Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System
Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags
Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment
Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations
Providing world-class service excellence and customer experience at all times drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be 21 years old & above due to sale and supply of tobacco products
Must be able to work 3-5 days per week including weekends & Public Holidays
Must be able to commit the full commitment period: 28 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 (3 months)
Strong customer service skills
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
A good team player, mature and self-drive
