Lead the delivery of a SharePoint project

Seers Digital is seeking an experienced part-time Project Manager to lead a SharePoint project remotely, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver practical outcomes.

This opportunity suits someone who combines strong project management skills with an understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.

What you’ll do

• Manage project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources and milestones.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities and success measures.
• Coordinate SharePoint specialists, developers and business representatives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Provide clear progress reports and maintain project governance.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training and handover to support successful adoption.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience managing SharePoint or Microsoft 365 projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating remote technical teams and managing competing priorities.
• A structured, practical approach to planning and delivery.
• Understanding of document management, information governance and collaboration solutions.
• Current Australian Government Baseline security clearance.

Experience delivering projects within government environments and managing SharePoint migrations or implementations will be highly regarded.
