Part Time Promoters

Job Description: As a Part-Time Promoter/Events Service Crew, your primary responsibilities will revolve around engaging with customers, selling our ice cream, and ensuring they have a delightful experience at various events and roadshows. You will be paid $15/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering their questions and assisting with their ice cream selections.
2. Sales: Actively promote and sell our ice cream products, ensuring that sales targets and objectives are met.
3. Serving: Prepare and serve ice cream to customers, ensuring product quality and presentation are maintained at all times.
4. Event Setup: Assist in the setup and teardown of event booths and displays, including the arrangement of promotional materials.
5. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, report stock shortages, and ensure proper stock rotation.
6. Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, following all health and safety guidelines.
7. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the team for continuous improvement.
8. Weekend Availability: This role primarily involves weekend work, so flexibility to work during weekends is essential.

Requirements:

• Food Handling Certification.
• Enthusiastic and friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced event environment.
• A passion for ice cream and a desire to share that passion with others.
