Hiring: Part-Time Receptionist

• Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly
• Schedule: Monday - 7am - 4pm, Tuesday - Friday: 4 hour shifts (schedule may vary)We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and visitors as they arrive at the dealership
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department
• Support service team with daily tasks
• Maintain an organized reception and waiting area
• Help with filing, data entry, and document processing
• Monitor dealership traffic and assist with customer check-in processes
• Perform other clerical and receptionist tasks that support dealership operations

What You'll Bring

• Previous customer service experience
• Comfort working with customers, coworkers, and dealership guests throughout the day
• Maintain accuracy while handling a variety of administrative responsibilities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfort using computers, phone systems, and basic office software
• Comfortable working with a variety of customers in a busy office setting
• Interest in supporting a team-oriented workplace
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
