The Role
We are hiring a Part-Time Recruiter to run in-house hiring for Trilliant Collective. This is an internal talent acquisition role, not agency recruitment. You will work directly with the management team to source, screen and coordinate hiring across the company.

What You Will Do
- Source candidates through MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
- Screen resumes and run initial phone or video screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Maintain an organised candidate tracker and talent pipeline.
- Keep applicants informed and ensure every candidate receives a clear outcome.
- Support basic HR administration related to recruitment.

What You Need
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business or a related discipline. GCE 'A' Level with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Up to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience. Applicants new to recruitment with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Confident conducting screening calls and engaging candidates professionally.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple candidates at once.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Working Arrangement
- Part-time, approximately 12 to 15 hours per week.
- Flexi-hours, with a hybrid arrangement available.
- Hourly rate: S$15.
