PART TIME Registered Nurse Outpatient Procedure Suite

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing quality patient care under the guidance of the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organization policies. This position will be Part Time.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing the daily schedule.
• Open/clean/close down all rooms Keeping them stocked (supplies/forms) and prepped for what the patient appointments.
• Checking patient in EHR
  • Getting Vitals (Height/Weight/BP).
  • Getting the chief complaint of why patient is in.
  • Going over all medications with patients to see if they need refills.
  • Going over all allergies and social history.
  • Making sure labs are available if they have been done previous to the appointment.
  • Doing EKG, BW, or any other test if requested by the physician.
  • Assist the physician with any surgeries or other exams.
• Administer medication and vaccinations as needed.
• May be responsible for supervising Medical Assistants.
• Call patients with lab results.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Compensation starts at $38.00 per hour, with the final hourly rate determined by the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
