Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN | Virginia
Role Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time clinical oversight of in-home care services. Responsibilities focus on client assessments, care planning, caregiver supervision, and competency sign-offs rather than direct patient care.
Schedule: Approximately 4 hours/week, weekdays, scheduled in advance. No on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home assessments, reassessments, and 90-day evaluations.
- Develop and update client care plans.
- Perform caregiver supervisory visits and competency sign-offs.
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure care standards are met.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license or valid compact license permitting practice in Virginia.
- Meets the position’s TB requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to Centreville, Herndon, Fair Oaks, Chantilly, and South Riding, VA.
- Experience in assessments, care planning, or home care supervision preferred.
Compensation & Arrangement
- Direct W-2 employment.
- $45/hour plus $50–$100 per home assessment, typically 1–2 per month.
- Scheduled weekday office visits and home visits, coordinated in advance.
- No on-call requirement.
