Part-Time Safety Driver - $500 Sign-on bonus

🚗 NOW HIRING: PART-TIME AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE OPERATORS in Grand Rapids, MN, offering $23/hour for 12–15+ hours per week. Flexible weekday day and evening shifts are available, with at least one weekend shift required. Training includes a 4–5 hour self-paced online course and five consecutive weekdays of onsite training, generally scheduled from 8 AM–12 PM or 1 PM–5 PM. All training must be completed before regular shifts begin.

Operators will monitor autonomous vehicles in real time, remain ready to take manual control when needed, follow strict safety procedures, document vehicle behavior, and support engineering teams with accurate reports. They will also assist passengers, answer questions, support accessibility needs, and provide a safe rider experience. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with 3+ years of clean driving experience, strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist wheelchair users.
