Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention
- Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, wellness services, and proper skin care
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation
