About the Opportunity
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a locally owned, 5-star, growing home services company looking for a motivated, personable Sales Solutionist to join our Northwest Arkansas team.
This is a flexible, part-time, commission-based position with uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business growth. As a field-based salesperson, you'll meet customers at their homes throughout Northwest Arkansas, with the ability to complete administrative work and follow-ups remotely.
We provide pre-scheduled, qualified customer leads, a fuel allowance, and the tools you need to succeed!
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners, assess their gutter needs, and provide estimates.
- Build relationships, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
- Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, and local networking.
- Maintain customer information and sales activity in our CRM.
- Coordinate with installation crews to ensure an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience; in-home or home improvement sales preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and a positive, professional attitude.
What We Offer
