We are currently seeking an In Person and Events Specialist who excels at delivering results and creating luxury experiences. This role is responsible for driving and executing retail sales across all events, including In Store, Retail Events, Archive Sales, and Corporate Gifting programs, in alignment with annual revenue objectives.
The Specialist supports and executes operations at every stage of event production and activation. This individual has strong attention to detail, is flexible and able to pivot as needed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoys travel.
The In Person and Events Specialist upholds KREWE’s Core Values and Code of Conduct at all times, including during work-related travel. The role requires minimum 60% travel. Hours may vary from part-time to full-time based on events.

Job Summary
Calling all conceptual thinkers, team players, and eyewear aficionados — KREWE is looking for a Retail and Events Sales Specialist to join our Austin, TX team.
This is a hybrid, in-person and travel-based role that offers the opportunity to work within our retail team at our Austin location while also supporting KREWE's Events team across the country. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating memorable customer experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited by the opportunity to travel and bring the KREWE brand to life in markets nationwide.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process
- Work closely with your retail partners to ensure sales quotas and KPI’s are exceeded
- Set daily personal goals and strive to reach every day
- Maintain visual brand standards at all times
- Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door
- Travel to support Krewe events and activations including sample sales, pop-up events, external events and in store events
- Collaborate with the Events and Retail teams to ensure a seamless and elevated KREWE experience at every event
- Represent KREWE's brand, culture, and values at events and within our retail spaces
- Supports all phases of the event, including but not limited to sales, planning, and servicing.

Qualifications and Skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including nationally, based on business and event needs
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role that combines in-person retail responsibilities with travel to support events
- Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear
- Strong work ethic
