Part time sales manager with retail store duty

We are looking for driven entreprenuerial individuals with proven sales capabilities to support our business growth in our market leading prioprietary design patented lighting product range for all home owners. (Check out www.lunebrillante.sg). Importantly: One should love sales and build a strong relationship with clients, build pipeline to continuing success.

Training to success proven models will be provided.

Sales-related assignments including but not limited to the following:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

· Drive B2C sales with a strong focus on residential lightingsolutions

· Work closelywith interior designersand homeowners to recommend lightingsetups that align withmood, ambience, and design themes

· Build tailoredproposals and solutions using CRM and digital tools

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Marketing Collaboration & Lead Generation

· Collaborate with the marketingteam to execute lead generation campaigns, track results,and iterate based onperformance data

· Contribute to the development of content for digital platforms(social media, email marketing, SEO content) to increase brand visibility

· Support on-ground brand activation and events for product showcases, workshops, or launches

Staff is able to chose: 3 - 4 work days (2 days to be week end)
Week day office duty hours 5 - 6 hours
Week end office duty hours 6 - 8 hours

Being a sales role, work timing to respond to clients actively on outside working hours is expected and required.

Basic salary / mth: $1000 - 1500

Commission (based on average high achievers data): $2000 - S$3500
