Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during ophthalmic surgeries.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies as needed.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use.
• Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a scrub technician, preferably in ophthalmology.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
