What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact

Responsible for ensuring the building is a safe and secure environment at all times.
Maintains a close working relationship with the police and alarm monitoring services
Ensures proper building safety and security measures are followed at all times
Maintains up to date information of events, both current and future, occurring in the city and county
Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings
Maintains a clean, neat and orderly desk at all times
Responds to all resident and/or guest requests in an expeditious manner

What You Bring

Active Hawaii Guard License required
Two years related experience and/or training
Possess excellent verbal and people skills
The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
