Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Provide a highly visible security presence during designated operating hours, including: morning (2 hours) and afternoon / evening (2 hours).
• Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
• Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding grounds during assigned hours.
• Greet and assist visitors and client staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, security incidents, or policy violations to the administration and appropriate authorities.
• Assist with traffic flow and pedestrian safety.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized persons, disruptive behavior, and other security concerns.
• Support staff by providing general security assistance and responding to non-emergency situations as directed.
• Maintain awareness of daily activities and communicate relevant security concerns to client management.
• Contact emergency services (911) and notify the administration in the event of an emergency, medical incident, or other situation requiring immediate response.
• Complete required shift reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs accurately and in a timely manner.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Requires interview with the client.
