Part-time Senior Credit Controller

You will take full ownership of day-to-day accounts receivable, drive sharp debtor management, and maintain impeccable ledger accuracy in a vibrant, high-energy environment where your credit-control expertise directly fuels healthy cash flow, streamlines billing cycles, and keeps commercial operations running at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage debtors ledger activities and reconciliations using Sage.
  

• Follow up on outstanding accounts to support efficient cash collection
  

• Allocate incoming payments accurately against debtor accounts
  

• Issue client invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements
  

• Resolve customer account queries in a professional manner
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated practical experience as a Debtors Clerk or in accounts receivable
  

• Must have own reliable transport to and from work. ​
  

• Prior hands-on experience working with Sage accounting software.
  

• Ability to work on-site in Maitland on a half-day basis, 3 days per week.
  

• Immediate or short-notice availability for a 3-month contract duration.
