Part-Time Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM)
Job Description:
- Conduct monthly fire safety inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with SCDF fire safety regulations.
- Review and update the Emergency Response Plan(ERP).
- Organise fire drills, tabletop exercises, and fire safety training.
- Monitor and improve fire safety and emergency response procedures.
- Advise management on fire safety compliance and best practices.
- Liaise with SCDF on fire safety matters.
- Prepare and submit annual fire safety reports.
- Support the Company's Emergency Response Team(CERT).
- Report fire incidents and ensure statutory compliance
Requirements:
- Must be a registered Senior Fire Safety Manager(FSM).
- Must be eligible for appointment as the Senior FSM for Tier 1 and Tier 3 premises.
- Familiar with SCDF fire safety regulations, scope, and requirements.
- Able to oversee fire safety compliance
- Strong knowledge of Singapore fire safety legislation and statutory compliance
