As a server, your primary responsibility is delivering excellent dining services to all our residents, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique preferences and needs.

Other primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring residents experience a compassionate, friendly and efficient dining experience in all three dining room venues
• Support and encourage your fellow Dining team members
• Utilizing a digital POS system to take food and beverage orders from residents in a timely and organized fashion, which requires knowing the menu (and ingredients of menu items) and memorizing the daily specials
• Setting and clearing tables, washing table tops and condiment containers after every meal
• Maintain clean and fully supplied coffee and juice bar in the Bistro
• Keep the servery and dining room meticulously clean at all times
