Key Responsibilities
- Photography & Videography
- Shoot and style photos and short-form video of produce, prepared foods, events, farm visits, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit and deliver polished assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Capture real-time content at company events and activations
- Organize and upload assets to shared folders for team access
- Social Media
- Create content across Midwest Foods' social channels (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Write captions and short-form copy that fit the brand voice and seasonal priorities
- Build and maintain a social content calendar
- Handle community engagement and real-time coverage at events
- Creative & Strategic Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team on shot lists, content direction, and campaign themes
- Design simple social graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Contribute ideas during content planning and brainstorm sessions
- Gain visibility into how social content connects to broader marketing strategy, seasonal priorities, and sales initiatives
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand the full foodservice ecosystem
