Part time Stock Associate
Position Summary
Farm & Home Hardware is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Stock Associate to support receiving, stocking, and overall store organization. This role is critical to keeping shelves full, the backroom clean, and the sales floor customer-ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically active, and thrives in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming merchandise
- Stock shelves accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized aisles and backroom areas
- Build and maintain product displays and endcaps
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Pull merchandise for customers and team members as needed
- Help maintain a safe work environment
- Support other departments during busy periods
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Dependable with strong work ethic
- Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
