Part- Time Teacher Assistant

Job Type

Part-time - Monday - Friday (8:15 am - 1:45 pm) - Clifton Park Site

Pay Rate - $16.50 - $21.23 based on experience and education

School year and six-week Summer Program

Integrated and self-contained preschool classrooms, ages 3-5

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent or

One year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Support the classroom teacher in carrying out the daily classroom routine.
• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing the planned daily activities while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Assist with data collection for student’s goals under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
• Follow all classroom New York State Next Generation Learning Standards.
