Your Role
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
- Build rapport and communicate confidently with clients over the phone.
- Manage appointment schedules and perform basic administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Confident and articulate with good command of spoken English.
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys speaking with people.
- Responsible, reliable, and committed.
- Previous telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre experience is an advantage, but not required.
