Job Scope

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and approved scripts.
• Introduce the purpose of the call professionally.
• No product selling or closing required.
• Engage prospects briefly and identify those who are open to a consultation.
• Arrange appointments for our financial consultants.
• Confirm appointment details and follow up where required.
• Update call outcomes and appointment records accurately.
• Work according to approved calling scripts and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Good telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Able to follow scripts and communicate clearly
• Positive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Telemarketing, customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Training and scripts will be provided.
