Part-Time Trainee Assistant Baker (Jurong Central Kitchen)

📍 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT Station)

⏰Working Hours & Salary:
• 7am-1pm/ 8am-2pm/ 9am-3pm (Additional hours may be required based on production needs)
• 4-days' of work, 1-day off cycle (incl. of weekends & PH)
• $10/hr (Weekdays); +$2/hr (Weekends & PH)

🥨Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily food preparation and bakery production activities, including bread packing.
• Assist the bakery team in various production areas, including Danish pastries, mixing, sandwich preparation, cake decorations and cake mixing.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling and preparation in accordance with Health & Safety requirements and audit standards.
• Comply with the Food Code of Practice and food hygiene standards.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and hygienic workplace environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment at all time.
• Work closely with the team members to ensure smooth and efficient of daily production.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

✅Job Requirements:
• No experience required ‒ training will be provided.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling moderate physical workloads.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to work as part of a team.
• Responsible and able to follow instructions and food safety protocols.
• Must be willing and able to work in the Jurong area.
