Partner Account Manager

Our client, a modern Payment Facilitator (PayFac) that helps SaaS companies grow revenue through embedded payments is hiring a Partner Account Manager to manage a portfolio of software partners, strengthen relationships, and improve partner revenue and profitability. This role combines account management with financial analysis, pricing recommendations, and hands-on execution of partner growth plans.

What You Will do

• Own relationships with an assigned portfolio of software partners, supporting partner satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with partner business objectives and payments revenue goals.
• Maintain forecasts for partner revenue and sales opportunities.
• Review financial and residual reports to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Evaluate payment processing pricing within each partner's market and prepare pricing recommendations and merchant proposals.
• Work with partners on go-to-market initiatives to increase payments adoption and expand existing accounts.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the partner portfolio.

What You Bring

• At least three years of experience in strategic relationship management or account management within payments acquiring
• Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including credit card processing and the sales process.
• Experience managing partner relationships and developing account growth plans.
• Financial analysis skills, including experience reviewing revenue and residual reports.
• Excel skills and comfort using performance data to guide account decisions.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to understand partner needs and build productive relationships.
• Availability to travel for partner meetings and industry events as needed.
