Partner Alliance Manager
Rubiscape Partner Alliance Manager
About the Role
Rubiscape is building the partner ecosystem
that will carry Decision Intelligence into every Indian enterprise and beyond.
As Partner Alliance Manager you will own a portfolio of System Integrator,
consultancy, and reseller partnerships — turning signed agreements into live,
revenue-generating go-to-market motions anchored on the full Rubiscape
platform. You will work at the intersection of sales strategy, partner
enablement, and joint solution development to shorten the <90-day deployment
promise our customers rely on. This is a high-visibility role that directly
influences Rubiscape's channel revenue and market penetration across BFSI,
manufacturing, and government verticals.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and grow a named portfolio
of SI, consultancy, and VAR partners; set joint revenue targets and track
pipeline contribution on a quarterly basis.
· Design and execute joint
go-to-market plans with partners — co-marketing campaigns, demand-generation
events, and joint solution briefs aligned to Rubiscape's six studios.
· Drive partner enablement:
coordinate Rubiscape certification programmes, sandbox access, and technical
onboarding so partners can self-sufficiently demo and deploy the platform.
· Conduct quarterly business
reviews (QBRs) with senior partner stakeholders, presenting pipeline health,
deal status, and co-sell opportunities.
· Collaborate with Rubiscape's
Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to accelerate partner-sourced and
partner-influenced deals through to close.
· Maintain accurate partner data
in CRM — registered deals, enablement progress, and certification status — and
report ecosystem metrics to leadership monthly.
· Identify whitespace
opportunities within the partner network and recruit new partners in
underserved geographies or industry verticals.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in
channel sales, partner management, or alliance management within an enterprise
software, SaaS, or data/analytics company.
· Demonstrated success managing
SI or reseller partnerships that contributed measurable ARR — references and
deal examples expected at interview.
· Strong understanding of
enterprise B2B sales cycles and the mechanics of co-sell and partner-influenced
revenue models.
· Excellent executive
communication skills — comfortable presenting pipeline reviews and strategic
proposals to C-suite stakeholders at partner organisations.
· Proficiency with CRM tools
(Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent) for pipeline tracking and partner record
management.
Nice to Have
· Prior experience with data
platforms, BI tools, or AI/ML SaaS products — familiarity with concepts such as
ETL pipelines, AutoML, or embedded analytics.
· Existing network of
decision-makers at Tier 1/Tier 2 SIs operating in India (TCS, Infosys, Wipro,
Mphasis, L&T Technology Services, or similar).
· Experience structuring tiered
partner programmes (Silver/Gold/Platinum) or partner certification curricula.
· Exposure to BYOC (Bring Your
Own Cloud) or on-premises deployment commercial models.
