Position Summary
The Partner Credit Analyst is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and managing data related to Partner Banking lending, loan purchase and sale activities. This role will report to the Partner Credit Manager and work closely with internal stakeholders, including Credit Admin, Accounting, Servicing Oversight, IT, Partner Managers and Head of Partnerships. Additionally, this role will interface with prospective or existing loan purchase or sale counterparties, managing evaluation and transaction materials related to loan purchases and sales.
This position is located in our downtown Seattle office and requires full-time, in-person work.
Essential Duties
- Be the main point-of-contact for the analysis and evaluation of performance of loans the Bank may purchase or sell.
- Accurately communicate performance data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Own the analysis of loan portfolio activity. Create, manage, and distribute loan portfolio communications artifacts like dashboards, spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
- Resolve technical and operational issues as required.
- Conduct research on new products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support bank loan growth efforts.
- Assists stakeholders with documenting goals, risks, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
- Work with IT on data reporting and serve as a bridge between IT and business unit teams.
- Support loan Processing, Credit Admin or other teams as needed to meet business demand or support ad hoc projects.
