Partner Engineer, Integration - China

The Partner Engineer - System Integration is in relation with the engineering teams and helps build and maintain a working end-to-end solution, proposes quality targets, develops the tools for test execution and reporting and communicate best practices to help improve the product.
For this role, we’re looking for someone that will build and maintain our product platforms in order to validate our solution prior to its release.
The role requires strong software engineering and operations skills (including knowledge of key programming languages and concepts, design methodologies, etc.) as well as a strong testing mindset, plus exceptional communication skills for sharing and tracking issues internally, as well as support our partners integration effort.
This engineer will focus on multiple product platforms, in order to help deliver a stable, scalable, reliable product to our partners;
What You'll Do
- You will assemble and integrate all the software and hardware that comprises our solution.
- You will be responsible for ensure the quality of the product - devising and running tests (functional as well as performance, stability, endurance etc) and providing up to date reporting.
- Create and lead a tailored Integration test strategy for our agentic platform.
- Establish quality metrics, acceptance criteria, and risk profiles.
- Champion QA best practices across delivery
- You will be in relation with our engineering teams to address any integration issue and deliver new product versions. You will also be in contact with other integration engineers to coordinate system updates and testing phases.
- You will be the go-to person with in-depth system knowledge, and will support our Automotive partners whenever the have questions about our products or have trouble integrating our solution. You will be an expert in a large number of subjects, ranging from audio processing pipelines, agentic frameworks, agents development, infrastructure issues, etc.
- You will have the first responsibility to investigate and troubleshoot issues using our tools and provide the necessary fixes on the partner side, if possible, and if needed, escalate issues to the engineering team with your initial detailed analysis, as well as providing concrete and actionable feedback.
- You will work closely with Technical Program Management (TPM), Engineering, and Product teams to work on system improvements, feature requests, and inform about emerging customer needs
What You'll Bring
- You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering (incl deveops) and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Your experience in technical program management includes kubernetes, ansible, terraform, as well as Linux, Python, C++ as well as knowledge of AI technologies.
- You have demonstrated an ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, managing complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
