Who We Are.
Axi is a leading global provider of margin and deliverable Foreign Exchange, Contracts for Difference (CFDs), and Financial Spread betting. Our business has evolved into a world-class, multifaceted brokerage with offices in six regions. With heavy investment in the latest trading technology, Axi seeks to offer the most comprehensive end-to-end trading experience available, servicing traders of all levels from beginners to institutional-level clients.
Let's talk about the cool stuff you will do at Axi!
Partner growth at Axi isn't a volume game — it's a trust game. This role exists to own the full lifecycle of IB and affiliate partner relationships in a priority market: acquiring the right partners, onboarding them properly, and then executing the kind of tailored, commercially intelligent plans that turn a new partnership into a compounding revenue stream. If you already hold a strong book of partners and know how to move them, this is the role where that network becomes your most valuable asset.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- Own the full partner relationship lifecycle for a portfolio of IB and affiliate partners — from first contact through onboarding and into long-term performance management — with clear accountability for retention and revenue outcomes.
- Lead acquisition of high-quality partners in the assigned market, running prospecting through to successful onboarding onto Axi's partner management system in line with partner tier policy.
- Design and execute quarterly partner business plans, building tailored growth strategies that measurably increase partner-referred client volume, net deposits, and active trader numbers.
- Drive partner activation and ongoing engagement, converting newly onboarded partners into consistently performing revenue contributors rather than passive accounts.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all partner business, resolving complaints and escalations end-to-end in accordance with internal compliance policies.
- Deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Axi's product suite — including CFDs, crypto, and copy trading — by reading partner behaviour and identifying the right moment to deepen engagement.
- Work in close coordination with trade marketing, the IB product team, and the local conversion and retention function to align partner growth initiatives with broader market strategy.
- Report partner pipeline health and portfolio performance to senior leadership, translating relationship-level intelligence into actionable commercial insight.
Are you the one?
- 2–4 years of experience managing IB or affiliate partner relationships within a CFD, FX, crypto, or retail brokerage environment, with a demonstrable track record of growing a live partner portfolio.
- An existing book of active IB or affiliate partners is essential — candidates who can transition established relationships to Axi will be prioritised.
- Hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5, with enough platform fluency to guide partners through functionality without defaulting to a product sheet.
- Solid knowledge of CFD and crypto products, with the ability to match Axi's offering to a partner's client base in credible, relevant terms.
- Proven ability to execute partner activation and engagement strategies that move accounts from onboarded to revenue-generating.
- Comfortable using CRM data to segment partner behaviour, prioritise outreach cadences, and surface churn risk before it becomes attrition — experience in churn prevention is a strong plus.
- A track record of hitting quantitative targets, ideally net deposit, trading volume, or revenue metrics at the portfolio level.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, given the cross-functional and regional nature of the role; additional language skills are advantageous.
- An analytical approach to portfolio management — reads the numbers, spots the pattern, and acts on it without waiting to be prompted.
- Commercially sharp enough to identify an upsell moment, and relationship-savvy enough to land it without it feeling transactional.
