Partner Marketing Manager (f/m/d)
- Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with associations, resellers, OEMs, and remarketing platforms to scale AVILOO's reach in B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop and grow partner relationships with companies who have direct access to end customers with the goal of establishing the AVILOO certificate as a standard ask in used-car transactions.
- Research and open new markets and channels in coordination with the rest of the team.
- Work closely with Sales on go-to-market strategy, translating partner opportunities into joint campaigns and communication plans.
- Coordinate partner activation with the Event, PR, Content, and Digital teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Track and optimize partner performance against clear KPIs (partner activation, lead quality, reach, brand awareness).
- Manage multiple partner projects in parallel, prioritizing independently and staying effective under time pressure.
- 5-10 years of experience as a marketing all-rounder, including brand management and multi-channel campaign planning - in the automotive or technology sector is a plus.
- Experience in partner and stakeholder management in a B2B context as a strong diplomatic, communicative and results driven person.
- Track record of planning campaigns in tandem with Sales's go-to-market strategy and market research.
- Experience in a dynamic and flexible scale-up environment, and proactive in taking on new challenges beyond your immediate remit.
- High resilience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize across multiple parallel projects.
- Comfortable with digital tools (e.g. YouTrack, Slack, Teams, Notion or similar).
- A best practice mindset, bringing outside perspective and fresh benchmarks into the team.
- Very good English skills. German is a plus.

- The minimum salary for this position is €3,954 gross/month in accordance with the Austrian IT Collective Agreement (full-time, 38.5h/week). Actual compensation is based on qualifications and experience and exceeds the collective agreement minimum.
