The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for leading partner marketing initiatives for Paradox Interactive across key markets, working closely with Partner Account Managers and internal marketing teams to ensure strong visibility for Paradox’s game portfolio on partner platforms. This includes 1st party, 3rd party, and retail partners.
The role focuses on negotiating, planning, and executing external marketing campaigns with partners, while ensuring internal alignment across key stakeholders such as Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Production, and Community. The Partner Marketing Manager supports both live and upcoming titles and is expected to maintain a broad understanding of Paradox’s portfolio, and market trends.

Full time: 12 month temporary contract
Reports to: Manager of Partner Relations
Location: The position is based in Stockholm
Goals & KPIs
The Partner Marketing Manager supports business and marketing goals by improving performance and reach through partner platforms. KPIs may include (but are not limited to):
● Brand sentiment in targeted markets
● Visibility on partner platforms
Responsibilities
Partner marketing strategy & execution
● Manage and execute partner marketing initiatives across Paradox’s distribution and platform partners
● Plan, coordinate, and deliver partner campaigns that support portfolio and title goals
● Represent Paradox’s and partner needs in internal and external workstreams to ensure smooth execution
● Act as the key liaison between internal marketing teams and external partner platform teams
Requested Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (or equivalent experience)
● 3+ years experience in account management or partner marketing
● Experience working in a similar role, preferably within gaming, entertainment, or digital platforms
● Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and interpersonal skills
● Business level English, both written and spoken
● Passion for video games and interest in the gaming industry
The starting salary for this position is 39000 SEK per month. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with the requirements of the role.
