Partner Marketing Manager, UKI Devices and Services Marketing
A Partner Marketing Manager in UKI Devices and Services plays a pivotal role in the customer journey. From understanding in detail how customers move through the buying journey, to inspiring Google partners to build great channel plans, to delivering results that drive traffic and sales for Google's devices, Partner Marketing Managers have a broad scope and a real impact on our business. The role involves negotiating channel plans, working with external organizations, networking, presenting results and forward-looking plans, and ultimately driving the business through great channel marketing execution.
- Coordinate directly with the partner to understand their marketing needs, address concerns, and align on launch communications and timelines. Build high impact, business-driving marketing campaigns for key moments in the UK Devices and Services lifecycle.
- Network and manage relationships within UK Devices & Services partners to deepen Google's collaboration that helps Devices and Services products perform in the UK market.
- Partner cross-functional with sales, product marketing, brand and consumer marketing, customer sales and activations, and other cross-functional teams to orchestrate and execute launch plans.
- Communicate and advocate for Devices and Services branding guidelines including Pixel, Nest and Fitbit and launch priorities to the partner, while finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Bring a deep understanding of the UK consumer and market nuances to the relationship, ensuring all marketing assets and communications are culturally appropriate and impactful.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing in the telecom or consumer electronics industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience building relationships across brands with external companies and managing cross-brand relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
- Experience in agreement term sheets, co-marketing budget tracking, or investment governance.
- Experience in ATL campaign strategy, retail experience design, or store-in-store concept planning.
- Ability to translate complex product features into simple, compelling partner narratives.
- Executive presence with experience presenting to executive-level partner stakeholders.
