Role Overview
We are seeking a Global Partner Sales Desk Specialist who brings an outward mindset and strong operational rigour to our partner-led deal flow. Reporting to the Manager of Global Partner Operations, you will be the connective tissue between external partners and internal stakeholders—leading Deal Registration qualification, streamlining quoter-to-order workflows, and driving data integrity across systems.

Location & Structure: Hybrid role with cross-regional timezone support (rotational shifts).
Reports to: Manager, Global Partner Operations
Key Responsibilities

Empathy-Led Deal Registration Management:
Review and validate Deal Registrations (DR) with speed and precision, ensuring program compliance while actively removing friction for partners. Serve as an approachable guide to troubleshoot submission issues, answer inquiries, and empower partners to succeed.

Conscious Cross-Functional Alignment:
Partner deeply with Partner Account Managers, Deal Desk, and Order Management teams to create a seamless operational loop. Actively bridge communication gaps to ensure Purchase Orders (POs) and quotes move through the pipeline accurately and on time.

Ownership of CRM Hygiene & Data Integrity:
Take full stewardship of customer and partner data within Salesforce (SFDC) and Partner Portals. Maintain high operational standards by proactively auditing, validating, and managing accounts to provide accurate insights for leadership.

Outward-Minded Sales Support:
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners across Slack and email. Communicate complex transactional statuses, quoting procedures, and workflows with clarity, warmth, and solution-oriented thinking.

Participate actively in team development and feedback loops. Maintain an adaptable, resilient approach to cross-regional time shifts and high-volume cycles by managing personal energy and workload mindfully.
Required Mindset & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or SaaS partner programs.

Preferred Technical Experience

Salesforce (SFDC) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms (e.g., Impartner).

Quoting & Contracting Tools: Conga/Apptus, DocuSign.

Collaboration & Productivity: Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Excel.

Analytics: Tableau or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
