We are looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to commercial negotiations, closing, and account expansion. You will help security service providers integrate advanced internet intelligence into their detection, threat investigation, and exposure management solutions. Working closely with technical and executive stakeholders, you will position innovative cybersecurity products as essential components of customer-facing security services. You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to build long-term partnerships and generate recurring revenue. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment with an international scope.

Accountabilities

As a key member of the sales organization, you will develop strategic MSSP relationships, generate new business opportunities, and maximize revenue across the EMEA region. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify MSSPs across EMEA, building a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, industry events, referrals, and executive introductions.

  • Engage technical and executive decision-makers, including SOC leaders, threat intelligence teams, product owners, and C-level stakeholders.

  • Position cybersecurity intelligence solutions as foundational data sources for MSSP security operations, threat hunting, incident response, and customer-facing services.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including discovery, solution scoping, proof of value, pricing, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.

  • Develop strategic account plans to expand product adoption across different teams, services, and use cases within MSSP organizations.

  • Drive renewals and account expansion in close collaboration with Customer Success teams.

  • Coordinate with direct sales teams when MSSP customers overlap with existing accounts to ensure effective account management and alignment.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM records.

  • Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and product insights with Product and Marketing teams to support continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrate curiosity, continuous learning, and sound judgment when identifying and applying AI-driven tools and opportunities.

  • Requirements

The ideal candidate is an accomplished cybersecurity sales professional with a strong understanding of the MSSP ecosystem and a proven ability to develop commercial relationships across international markets. The following qualifications and skills are expected:

    • Demonstrated success managing and achieving revenue quotas in cybersecurity sales.

    • Proven experience selling to MSSPs and security service providers across the EMEA region.

    • Working knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem, including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, TIP, ASM/EASM, and vulnerability management.

    • Experience selling data, intelligence, API-based, or platform solutions to technical and business stakeholders.

    • Strong commercial understanding of recurring revenue models, complex sales structures, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-growing and evolving business environment.

    • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI.

    • Additional assets:

      • Experience managing sales activities across multiple European, Middle Eastern, or African markets.

      • Business fluency in an additional European language.

      • Benefits

        • Competitive compensation: Salary determined according to the candidate's country of residence, local market conditions, qualifications, and relevant experience.

        • Equity and growth opportunities: Potential to contribute to a growing cybersecurity business with an expanding international presence.

        • Remote flexibility: Fully remote working arrangement for candidates based in Europe.

        • International exposure: Opportunity to develop strategic partnerships across multiple EMEA markets.

        • Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success professionals.
