Senior Partner Sales Manager - Salesforce
We are seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager – Salesforce to join our US-based team, working remotely.
In this position, you'll blend an entrepreneurial approach to sales with growth strategies driven by partnerships. Your primary duty will involve carrying a quota while generating measurable revenue through both acquiring new logos and developing partner-sourced or partner-influenced opportunities. You'll cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives throughout the partner ecosystem, jointly build routes to market, and establish EPAM's position as a top-choice partner for enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the sales strategy and revenue planning for designated strategic partners
- Hold a personal quota that combines new-logo and partner-generated revenue
- Establish a sustainable pipeline through direct outreach and collaborative selling with partners
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial qualification to closing deals
- Create joint account strategies alongside partner field teams for shared opportunities
- Encourage partner organizations to prioritize joint initiatives with EPAM
- Guide impactful, value-focused client discussions featuring both EPAM and partner offerings
- Implement joint go-to-market campaigns while ensuring measurable pipeline outcomes
- Maintain governance over forecasting, pipeline reporting, and opportunity accuracy
- Leverage strategic partner investment and funding to speed up joint wins
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT sales or business development with a focus on acquiring new business
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing personal sales quotas
- Solid understanding of co-selling models and partner-driven commercial strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
- Thorough knowledge of major technology ecosystems and alliance dynamics
- Capability to engage and influence senior executives at both client and partner organizations (C-suite)
- Outstanding skills in commercial negotiation and strategic thinking
- Background working within global matrixed organizations
- A degree in business, technology, or a related discipline
- Strong abilities in presentation and communication
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)

- Previous experience managing revenue strategies driven by alliances
- Knowledge of running joint go-to-market programs and co-funded campaigns
- Certifications or credentials related to strategic partner ecosystems (such as major cloud providers)
- Proficiency in multiple languages and experience in international sales
