Partner Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Partner Integration & Certification Architect for our App Marketplace program, with 3-5 years of experience driving the development of the partner ecosystem. In this role, you will build and enhance integration frameworks, recommend integration approaches and API-based solutions to partners and customers, and ensure a seamless development experience.
This impactful role requires proactive leadership and the ability to independently drive large, cross-functional product initiatives. This critical role will underpin our efforts to delight our ecosystem partners.
What you'll do: Key Responsibilities:
Partner Technical Enablement: Advise third-party developers and partner teams on best practices for designing, building, and integrating apps using our APIs. Review partner solution architecture and integration plans. Support partners with hands-on troubleshooting (e.g., using Postman to debug API requests)
API Solutioning Support: Review partner technical architectures, propose scalable and secure integration solutions, and help troubleshoot implementation challenges.
App Certification: Lead the technical certification process for partner apps before publishing them on our App Marketplace; ensure apps meet functional, security, and compliance standards. Validate app compliance with security, quality, and functional requirements. Document and communicate feedback clearly to partners; help them remediate issues. Maintain records of certification progress and partner technical status.
Technical Documentation & Guidance: Help partners understand API documentation, Postman collections, and other integration tools. Contribute to or improve technical documentation, integration guides, and Postman collections. Run technical workshops or office hours for partner enablement when needed
Cross-team Collaboration: Work with internal product, engineering, and marketplace operations teams to continuously improve certification criteria and partner onboarding experience.
Technical Advocacy: Capture partner feedback and provide insights to improve API offerings and partner experience.
What you'll need:
Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, including API design, testing, and troubleshooting
Proficiency using Postman for API testing and documentation
Solid understanding of authentication frameworks (e.g., OAuth 2.0)
Experience advising external technical teams or customers on integration projects
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with app marketplaces, SaaS ecosystems, or partner integrations is a plus
Strong persuasive communicator; able to effectively engage with different work styles and both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong writing, presentation, and project planning skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines
Demonstrates leadership qualities: professionalism, positive attitude, proactivity, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and influence
Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics clearly to external partner engineers and business stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and deadlines simultaneously
Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally
Qualifications
4–7 years in a technical role involving API integrations, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical account management
Prior experience working directly with external partners or customers on integrations
Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and app marketplaces preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Compensation Disclosure:
ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation, which may change over time. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws. The expected compensation for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $78,400 CAD - $117,600 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits. This position may also be eligible for a bonus.
