Description
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with existing and new partners across ANZ, acting as the primary point of contact for partner engagement.
- Collaborating closely with the Commercial Operations Manager to define, track, and report on partner performance metrics and contract activity.
- Managing partner contracts, renewals, and payment schedules efficiently and in line with commercial and compliance requirements.
- Identifying and supporting new partnership opportunities that align with the commercial and strategic objectives.
- Managing day-to-day team performance, including targets, drivers, and accountability.
- Leading the Partner Integrations team to deliver seamless, high-quality onboarding and integration outcomes.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the manager or company.
- Supporting complex or high-value partner integrations to ensure technical feasibility and accuracy.
Profile
A successful Partner Success Manager should have:
- 4-6+ years in senior roles involving partner management, partner integrations, or senior technical leadership roles
- Proven track record leading cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
- Experience in healthcare technology, interoperability standards, or related software integration fields
- Demonstrated ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with both technical and commercial partners
- Strong leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, and team development ( Team of 4+ )
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive reporting
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 AUD + Super + Bonus
- Permanent position based in Sydney.
- 2 days in the office (Monday is anchor day), 3 days WFH
- May have to attend Conferences, Partner meetings, Industry meetings Mainly interstate, VIC, QLD and Auckland.
