Partner Support Specialist

Location: Stavanger

Reports to: Partner Support Manager

Language Requirements: Norwegian and English

The Opportunity

At Easee, we want to make life easier – for our partners and the people who support them. As our Partner Support Specialist, you'll sit at the center of how Easee supports the partners who install and maintain our chargers.

You'll be the primary point of contact for partners on technical and warranty matters, following up promptly on issues and requests. You'll train and guide Support Providers so they can resolve issues independently, handle inquiries and claims in line with established procedures, and build the structured workflows — across partner support, warranty, and integrations — that let our support ecosystem scale. Throughout, you'll keep improving the partner experience, informed by feedback and data.

What's in it for you

  • Real ownership over how partner support and integrations work at Easee, not just a seat in the process

  • A direct hand in shaping the partner experience as our ecosystem keeps growing

  • Work with cutting-edge EV charging technology, at a company that's still moving fast

  • A close-knit, cross-functional team — you'll work alongside Sales, Operations, Technical Support, Warranty & Service, Product, and Development

  • Contribute to a partner support structure that scales in line with Easee's growth.

  • Strengthen partner satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

  • Continuously improve integration and support processes, informed by feedback and data.
