Partnership & Business Development Manager Film Studios (SPA5-QPFS0014)
Role Purpose
Drive commercial growth and strategic partnerships for the Film Studio asset by identifying new business opportunities, building industry relationships, supporting occupier attraction, and strengthening the studio’s role within the entertainment and creative ecosystem. The role is focused on developing partnerships that improve occupancy, utilization, revenue generation, and long-term ecosystem value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations that support occupancy, utilization, and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with studios, production companies, content creators, creative operators, service providers, training partners, and other industry stakeholders.
- Build and manage a structured commercial pipeline aligned with occupancy targets, partnership priorities, and long-term commercial sustainability.
- Support development of anchor partnership models, commercial proposals, and collaboration frameworks tailored to the Film Studio offering.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmark industry trends, competitor activity, operator needs, and commercial opportunities relevant to studio activation and growth.
- Support negotiation discussions, commercial structuring activities, and partnership terms development.
- Coordinate with Finance on pricing, commercial feasibility, revenue assumptions, and business case inputs.
- Support leasing and occupancy growth initiatives in alignment with the commercial strategy.
- Represent the Film Studio in networking events, industry forums, market meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Develop partnership engagement plans and relationship management strategies for priority accounts and strategic collaborators.
- Coordinate cross-functional support for onboarding strategic partners and enabling successful operational integration.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for expansion, repeat usage, and deeper commercial collaboration.
- Prepare commercial reports, pipeline updates, market intelligence insights, and partnership recommendations.
- Support activation initiatives, ecosystem development activities, and industry engagement programs that strengthen the Film Studio proposition.
- Contribute to long-term commercial sustainability planning through partnership-led growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Entertainment Management, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, commercial leasing, or strategic relationship management.
- Experience within entertainment, media, hospitality, real estate, destination development, creative industries, or ecosystem-driven environments preferred.
- Experience working with commercial assets, entertainment operators, production companies, content ecosystems, or partnership-led operating environments.
- Strong network across entertainment, media, content production, or creative sectors is preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
- Ability to build strategic external relationships and develop structured partnership pipelines.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals, business cases, and partnership models.
- Strong market awareness and stakeholder engagement capability across relevant industry segments.
