Partnership Development Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. Merchant development and onboarding for the JegoTrip platform: Expand travel and local‑life merchants in response to users’ outbound‑travel demands; conduct end‑to‑end procedures including supplier due diligence, qualification verification, review and contract signing.
2. Merchant assessment and settlement management: Establish a post‑evaluation mechanism for merchants covering product competitiveness, service quality and operational collaboration. Conduct regular assessments to drive continuous improvement of merchant service quality.
3. Identify cooperation opportunities with external partners such as brands, suppliers and overseas operators; take charge of business negotiations and project follow‑up.
4. Communicate with merchants and internal operation teams, design campaigns on an ad‑hoc basis to boost sales of relevant products. Monitor data and continuously optimize operational performance.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with solid English proficiency.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in supply chain management or business development.
3. Capable of independently drafting proposals, conducting business negotiations and driving project delivery.
4. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills; result‑oriented, resilient under pressure, capable of advancing multiple projects concurrently.
5. Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred.
