Partnership Growth Analyst
Responsibilities

Execute customer communication campaigns across WhatsApp, Push, Email, SMS, and In-App channels.

Support lifecycle communication strategies across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation journeys.

Create customer-centric messaging and value propositions aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to launch campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities through reporting and A/B testing.

Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to identify communication opportunities and friction points.

Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and communication best practices.

Support promotional launches, product releases, and commercial initiatives through targeted communications.

Present campaign insights, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Engineering, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Communications, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or similar.

Experience executing multi-channel customer communication campaigns.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign metrics to drive decisions.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Braze, Customer.io, Infobip, etc.) is a plus.

Experience in fintech, e-commerce, telecommunications, or technology companies is preferred.
