Partnership Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager who excels at building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You’ll be the driving force behind our partnerships, ensuring our collaborators—whether sponsors, speakers, or other organizations—are aligned and thriving with us.

What you’ll do:

• Develop strategic partnerships: Identify, engage, and secure partners who align with our vision, enhancing our events and content offerings.
  
• Foster relationships: Maintain strong connections with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefits.
  
• Collaborate creatively: Work with internal teams to create unique partnership opportunities, from event sponsorships to digital collaborations.
  
• Manage post-partnership success: Oversee the execution of partner agreements, providing regular updates and ensuring deliverables are met.
  

What we’re looking for:

• Relationship builder: 3+ years of experience in business development or partnership management, with a proven ability to secure and grow strategic relationships.
  
• Strong communicator: Excellent at presenting opportunities and managing expectations on both sides of the partnership.
