Partnership Manager (Sponsorships)

As we
continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Partnership Manager (Sponsorships) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Own
and lead key strategic sports sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring full
utilisation of contractual rights and delivery of high-impact activations.
- Design
and drive the annual partnership and activation roadmap aligned with brand and
commercial objectives.
- Act as
the primary point of contact for partners, managing both day-to-day
communication and long-term relationship development.
- Identify
and unlock opportunities to maximise partnership value across channels,
markets, and campaigns.
- Lead
the planning and execution of key moments, including matchdays, campaigns, and
major activations.
- Align
and coordinate internal teams (content, ORM, performance, events, design) to
ensure seamless and timely execution.
- Ensure
all partnership activities are compliant with brand, regulatory, and
contractual requirements.
- Monitor
and evaluate partnership performance (e.g. media value, engagement, ROI),
providing clear insights and recommendations to optimise impact.
- Ensure
all partnership activities meet quality, brand, and strategic standards before
escalation.
- Evaluate
potential partnership opportunities and support the development of business
cases and presentations for future initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6
years of experience in global brand partnerships, sponsorships, or sports
marketing.
- Proven
track record working on sports sponsorships or large-scale brand partnerships
(brand, agency, or rights holder side).
- Strong
stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging high-profile partners
and international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated
ability to manage complex, multi-market initiatives and coordinate
cross-functional teams.
- Commercial
mindset with the ability to identify and unlock partnership value.
- Strong
organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability
to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
- Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to
communicate effectively with senior international stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience
working in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity
with project management tools (e.g. Jira or similar).
