Your core role is to act as the operational backbone of the partnerships function — tracking deliverables and ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned with the department's objectives and timelines. You will also be the first point of coordination for partners when needed, ensuring communication is clear and processes run smoothly across both new launches and live projects.
Roles and responsibilities
Internal coordination
Liaise with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Product for partnership specific topics
Track timelines across active workstreams (internally and externally) — from partner launches to ongoing live projects — and flag delays early
Prepare clear status summaries and progress updates for the partnerships
Process & launch support
Monitor ongoing live partner activities (campaigns, reporting, tech updates) and surface blockers or gaps that need attention
Maintain trackers, action logs, and timelines to give the team full visibility of what is in progress and what is pending
Communication & orchestration
Serve as the coordination layer between the partnerships team and internal stakeholders, ensuring the right actions and timelines are communicated
Have a complete overview and up-to-date knowledge of partner products and offering
Support partner-facing communication when needed, ensuring a timely and professional response

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Prior experience in a coordination, operations, or support role is an advantage but not required
Comfortable liaising with multiple teams and seniority levels
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing attention to detail
Proactive and self-driven, with a strong follow-through on commitments
