Our first course at ASU, Agentic Self, launched last academic year. We are now expanding to new courses, new institutional partners, and new programs with the goal of reaching more than 30 partner institutions and expanding significantly within ASU.

The Role
You'll own the day-to-day success of our college and university partners, starting with ASU.
From onboarding through program delivery and ongoing relationship management, you'll ensure every partner has an exceptional experience with . You'll help translate executive commitments into successful execution while building trusted relationships across each institution.
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, operations, and student success. You'll work closely with university leaders, faculty, and internal teams to keep programs moving, solve problems early, and continuously improve the partner experience.
The right person is organized, relationship-driven, comfortable working in ambiguity, and understands how higher education institutions operate.
What You'll Own
Partner onboarding
Lead onboarding for new institutional partners from signed agreement through program launch.
Develop onboarding plans, timelines, and stakeholder maps for each institution.
Deliver training for faculty, administrators, and partner teams.
Customize onboarding while maintaining consistent processes across partners.
Identify and resolve risks before they impact the partner experience.
Partner relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned colleges and universities.
Build trusted relationships with institutional leaders, faculty, student success teams, marketing, IT, and executive stakeholders.
Lead regular partner meetings and provide clear updates on progress, milestones, and next steps.
Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support future growth.
Program delivery
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure commitments are delivered on time and at a high standard.
Partner closely with Operations, Student Success, Marketing, Content, and Leadership to keep projects moving.
Track milestones, deliverables, and partner feedback throughout the program lifecycle.
Escalate issues quickly while maintaining strong partner relationships.
Continuous improvement
Gather partner feedback and recommend improvements to our onboarding, training, and delivery processes.
Help build scalable systems that support continued growth across new institutional partners.
Share recurring insights with leadership to improve future programs.
AI-first workflows
Use AI every day to improve communication, planning, reporting, meeting preparation, and documentation.
Embrace 's AI-native approach to work and help partners become comfortable with it where appropriate.
Stay informed on emerging AI tools and trends that support higher education.
What We're Looking For
3 to 5 years of experience in higher education partnerships, customer success, account management, program management, or a related role.
Experience working directly with colleges, universities, or higher education institutions.
Strong understanding of how higher education organizations make decisions and manage institutional partnerships.
Excellent relationship management skills. You build trust quickly and communicate with confidence across all levels of an organization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities at the same time.
Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Experience using AI as part of your daily workflow.

Nice to Have
Experience managing partnerships across both for-profit and non-profit institutions. The procurement processes, reporting requirements, and stakeholder expectations can differ, and we'd value someone who has worked across both environments.
Familiarity with university procurement, contracts, governance, or approval processes.
Experience working in an early-stage startup or high-growth organization.
