We’re looking for a Partnership Executive to join our team and help drive business growth by building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. If you have sales experience, a passion for business development, and enjoy taking on new challenges, this role could be for you!
➡️ Main Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Develop sales strategies to meet — and exceed — established targets.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and turn them into strategic partnerships.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through deal closure.
Present products and solutions to prospective clients and partners.
Negotiate agreements and ensure client and partner needs are met while protecting the company’s reputation.
Keep sales databases up to date and participate in required meetings and training sessions.
➡️ What do we value?
Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, as this is a global role with frequent interactions across different markets and teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR tech or SaaS.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and create value in every interaction.
